Homemade pizza with polenta crust from Williams-Sonoma---I've never tried polenta crusts, but I keep hearing that they are a wonderful gluten-free alternative and still super tasty. Plus, I love the idea of homemade pizzas. This will require some additional purchases (ie: a pizza stone), but I think it would make a wonderful date/family night project. yummm
