My favorite recipe for pizza dough and I have made many of them. In full disclosure I do not usually use bread flour. I use blue bird all purpose which seems to be finer than regular all purpose and I like because of the cloth bag it comes in. But regardless it always turns out great and I have the recipe memorized so have no desire to search any longer.
